A for Astrology

I've always been fascinated by horoscopes and predictions and meanings made from the stars and planets. I thought I'd write down what I already know and find out a little more about this interesting subject!

 

So everyone has a star sign, which tropic the sun was in when we were born, but we also have a moon sign, which is what tropic the moon was in when we were born.

Everyone also has an element and a season assigned to their star sign, and this forms the basis of many judgements of your character and personality. For example Leo is a Fire sign, and are typically quite hot-headed, ambitious and opinionated. They are.

What planets and constellations move into our tropic form different symbolisms that make up the idea of horoscopes. This is how the predictions are made, and while if they are accurate it is most commonly perceived as coincidence, they do form a good basis for making the most out of life and being motivational and cautionary.

There doesn't seem to be any scientific explanation for if your zodiac can biologically affect how you are and how you perceive things, but I imagine that what time of year you were born and what weather and mood you were born into could well affect you. For example, I was born in the height of summer, and now I am completely intolerant to heat and hate going to hot countries, which seems to contradict it, but I like to think I am quite happy-go-lucky to a certain extent, which may coincide with the fun, happy 'Summer' mood. Just a thought.

 

All of this, however interesting, is just an interpretation, maybe a better thing to live by would be;
